Baylor College of Medicine, in the heart of the world known Texas Medical Center in Houston Texas, has openings for 4-fellowship trained Neuroradiologists at Assistant, Associate or Professor level interested in practicing in a hybrid private and academic setting. Applicants must be board certified in Radiology and eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the State of Texas. Research opportunities are available at Baylor as well as in other institutions in the Texas Medical Center. Competitive salary with bonus opportunities.
2 Positions for day shifts
Academic Responsibilities
- Supervision of 48 Radiology residents (36 Diagnostic /4 ESIR).
- Supervision of 3 Neuroradiology Fellows.
- Minor spine procedures.
- Diagnostic services at Ben Taub Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center).
Private practice responsibilities:
- On-site coverage of the McNair campus, east of the Texas Medical Center, soon to be one of the finest clinical, educational and research facilities in the state of Texas and in the country.
- Remote diagnostic services for 2 community hospitals and 2 outpatient facilities.
2 Positions for night shifts
- 1 week on, 2 weeks off.
- Occasional weekend or holiday during the day.
- Responsibilities:
- Supervision of 2-4 Radiology residents at one time.
- Remote diagnostic services for 1 community hospital.
